We're Ready for The Metro Times Blowout!

Tonight is the Kickoff for the 15th Metro Times Hamtramck Blowout at The Magic Stick/Garden Bowl! In case you have been living under a rock, The Blowout is a music festival in which some of the best bands in Detroit take over all of the bars in Hamtramck. The event starts tonight and runs through Saturday night. The best part about it is you don't have to worry about paying at each venue. You buy one wristband, that get's you in to every show throughout the weekend. If you buy your wristband today, it's $20. After today, it goes up to $30. For those of you that only want to go to one show during The Blowout, the wristband is actually the worst part about the festival.

Although most of the bands are going to be great this weekend, we wanted to let you know which ones we are looking forward to the most! So here they are:
