If you like pinball machines then you need to be at Oakland University this weekend for the Michigan Pinball Expo! This event is fun for all ages and quite a steal at the price of $20 for adults and $15 for kids, unless they are 4 & under. Those ones are free! Admission to the expo gets you access to over 125 pinball machines with FREE play on most of them all day long. In addition to playing for FREE all day, there are also a few vendors and machines for sale for you to peruse, as well as guest speakers. If you feel like you're up for the challenge, there are even tournaments all weekend long for an additional fee.
Last year was the first time that we had ever been to the Pinball Expo and it was a blast. There were tons of machines, both new and old, and you rarely had to wait to get on one. Even if the game of your choice was occupied at the time, there were plenty of other awesome games for you to try your hand at. This year proves to be no different with a long list of machines, including the brand new Wizard of Oz Pinball Machine. Check out the full list here.
The Michigan Pinball Expo runs Thursday, April 4th through Sunday, April 7th. It opens early every day at 8 a.m. and goes until Midnight every night, except Sunday which goes 'til 5 p.m. To stay in the loop about this year's expo, make sure to stop by the Facebook event or Michigan Pinball Expo's Facebook Page.
