Leaving Lifted at The Pike Room

I'm a sucker for a good three piece. From early Nirvana to early Green Day, I have always fallen in love with great musicians that can produce good tunes with only three people. Leaving Lifted is a great three piece that has been gaining some attention around Michigan. They have that relaxed sound that reminds me of Sublime, Bob Marley, and and 311. When you listen to their tunes you just want to have a good time, no drama. You can check out some of their tunes here.

If you like what you hear you can check them out live this Friday, Febuary 7th at The Crofoot, one of our favorite venues in the Metro Detroit area. They will be playing alongside The Expendables, Stick Figure, and Seedless. Tickets for the show are $15 in advance and $17 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased here.
