FoxFest This Friday at Tangent Gallery!

This Friday, May 16th four female fronted Detroit rock bands will be joining together to raise money for local women’s shelters. Detroit’s White Shag, The Luckouts, Meredith Lorde & the Tainted Saints, and Downfall will be playing to raise money for Alternatives for Girls, Turning Point, and LACASA Center.

The event will be held at the Tangent Gallery, which is located at 715 E. Milwaukee in Detroit. It is only $8 to get in the door and 100% of the money raised will go to the aforementioned charities. Two female artists, Julie Fournier and Christen Carolin, will be displaying their work in the gallery and two local shops, Rock N Rummage and CreepynCute, will have wares available for sale. This is a great way to help raise money and check out some of Detroit's best female talent!
