HOT Tacooooo!!!!!!!!!

There is a little culinary gem hiding behind the Fox Theatre. No, Im not talking about Bucharest, we all know that place is awesome. It's Hot Taco. This little space is walking distance from The Fox, Comerica Park, and The Fillmore. Traditionally I’ve always grabbed a slice at Sgt. Pepperonis when I needed a quick meal in the area, but this will be my new go to.

Hot Taco features freshly made tacos and burritos made to order in front of your eyes. They have everything from a vegan burrito to a chorizo taco. There are about three tables inside the place and everything is served in paper and aluminum foil. This place isn't fancy, it's just really good. For our first visit I had the Vegetarian Burrito and Christie had two Hot Chicken Tacos and one Vegetarian. Everything was great and the hot tacos were really spicy, just the way I like them.

Hot Taco is open from 11 a.m. 'til 2 a.m. daily and is located at 2233 Park Ave. right next to Centaur.
