Win Tickets to Hush at the Magic Stick!

A Detroit hip hop artist has made a name for himself in the music business, but he has also earned a place in my heart by saving so many stray dogs in our city. Hush has been rapping since '92 and has made guest appearances on all sorts of iconic albums, including Eminem's Slim Shady EP. Hush has shared the stage with with everyone from 50 Cent to Pitbull. He is also the man behind the Detroit Dog Rescue whose mission is to open and operate Detroit’s first no kill shelter. You can foster and adopt dogs in need here.

Hush is a pioneer or music and charity. You can catch him perform alongside Ro Spit, Hatch, Strays, and The Prime Eights this Saturday, June 7th at the Magic Stick. Cover is only $10 and all ages are welcome. We also have two sets of tickets to giveaway for the show. If you would like to get in for free, please send your full name over to hipindetroit@gmail.com. The Magic Stick is located at 4150 Woodward in Detroit and the show starts at 8 p.m.
