Back in the mid 90s, a three piece called Grayling hit the Detroit music scene. Fronted by Jarrod Wolny, this band played for almost two decades, but that wasn't without some lineup changes and calling it quits quite a few times. The most recent lineup, including Jarrod, Smokin' Joe Leone and Greg Beyer will be hitting the stage together again Friday night at the Cadieux Cafe.
The last time that Grayling is known to have played a show was back in 2012, but even then most of those shows (and the couple years prior) were acoustic sets with Jarrod playing solo. Well, tonight Grayling is bringing it back in full force. Does that mean they're back for good? Judging by history, probably not. But, we sure hope so and we're sure a lot of you do too!
Opening for Grayling is the one man band, Man Inc. The fun starts at 10 p.m. Cadieux Cafe is located at 4300 Cadieux in Detroit. For more details on this show, click here.
