To enter the swap you must pay $20 and bring 5 pieces of currently fashionable clothing or accessories. Once inside you will be treated to a wonderful night that includes discounted drinks and free luxury services and treats from some local favorites, including ROUGE MakeUp and Nail Studio, Alchemy - Apothecary-style Skin Care, Treat Dreams and the W.A.B. While you're enjoying yourself, volunteers will be sorting through the items that everyone brought to turn the Loving Touch into a pop up boutique. Patrons of the event will have a chance to walk through the boutique to find new treasures to take home with them. This is a great way to turn that ill fitting sweater you just bought into a pair of perfect date night heels. It is also a great way to get rid of a few things that are just taking up closet space, while hanging out with your lady friends. There is also the opportunity to find something new to fill that closet with when you get home.
The swap starts promptly at 6 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m. There are a few important things to remember. One, Ferndale charges for parking till 9, all clothing items must be brought on a hanger, and you deserve a Saturday night with your lady friends, it has been too long.
