It's been a year since Zeke's Rock and Roll BBQ opened its doors. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I have a weakness for smoked salmon and they know how to cook it up right! The best part about the place is that at night it stays true to its roots. The lights get turned down and the music gets turned up. The restaurant also hosts local and national acts after the dinner rush.
For their one year anniversary Tim Barry (Avail) will be playing alongside Detroit's own John Speck (The Fags/HiFi Handgrenades). Doors for the show will open at 9 p.m. this Friday, February 5th. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door, you can buy them in person at Zeke's or UHF Records in Royal Oak (cash only).
