This Thursday, March 17th bars across Metro Detroit will be filled with tons of people with one goal, to get drunk. St. Patrick's Day brings out the best and the worst in people. It can be fun to go bar hopping, but it can also be dangerous. If you want to go out, but are not looking for the typical green beer celebration, I recommend heading up to The Painted Lady in Hamtramck to check out some great live music and have a few beers.
NYC's Not Blood Paint are coming to play The Painted Lady. If you're not familiar with their music, you should check it out here. All four members of the band are originally from Michigan and they are looking forward to returning to their home state to perform. They will be playing alongside Blakdog and Five Pound Snap. Tickets to attend the show are $5 at the door and 18+ are welcome to attend.
