New Music from The Bruised Reed

Last March The Bruised Reed released the first in a series of two song digital albums. Appropriately, they named these releases Doubles and just a couple of weeks ago, they released Doubles Volume 3. In support of these new songs, The Bruised Reed has a couple of shows lined up. The first of the two is coming up this Saturday, May 28th at Corktown Studios in Detroit. The show is called The Haunted Wood Revue. This is the third session of this recurring event that features musicians playing their songs in acoustic form. Also on the bill are Dave Morrison and Jimmy Geagan with Jaye Thomas as your host for the evening. Admission is free and there will be food and drinks available by donation. The show is set to start at 8:30 p.m. with doors opening 30 minutes prior.
