The Detroit Dio tribute will return to the stage for its 7th year this Saturday at 7 p.m. Six different "cover" bands will be performing songs that span Dio's career. They are moving the event to The Diesel Concert Lounge, which is a lot bigger. So, this year will also feature tons of cool things to buy and look it. This includes booths from companies like Rock 'n' Rummage and a chance to take a selfie as Ronnie James Dio by putting your head through a cut out painting of the legend himself.
The best part of this tribute event is that it is also a fundraiser. The goal of this night is to honor Ronnie's amazing career and to raise money for April, a young lady suffering from reoccurring cancer.
