Win Tickets to See Ghost Bath at The Pike Room

Over the years we have given a lot of tickets away for a lot of shows. We have read a lot of bios and done a lot of research on a lot of bands. But, I haven't ever come across a backstory like the one that Ghost Bath has. Basically, the band pretended to be from China, but they got so popular that people questioned it and they had to come out and admit that they are from North Dakota. They are a black metal band and their first album was released on a Chinese label, so they went with it. For some reason, I found this to be one of the funniest things I have ever read about the band.

What isn't funny is their music, that my friends is all business. They are the definition of black metal. They are dark and they shred. You can check out some of their music here. You can also catch them live this Friday, September 9th at The Pike Room in Pontiac. The band is playing alongside Numenorean, Frosthelm and Dark Winter.  All ages are welcome to come out and tickets to attend the show are $13 in advance and $15 the day of the show.
