The
59th Annual Ford Fireworks will take place on the Detroit Riverfront tonight. Hundreds of thousands of Detroiters will head downtown to watch the show live from a variety of places across the city while others will tune in on channel 4 to watch them from the comfort of their couch. The live broadcast will start at 8 p.m. tonight and the first firework is scheduled to go off at a new time of 9:50 p.m.
