If you're a fan of Stereolab, then you probably are familiar with the name Laetitia Sadier. She was the singer and one of the founding members of the band that gained its popularity back in the '90s and lasted well into the 2000s. Since then, Sadier has been a part of many projects, including a solo career that has now transformed into the Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble. The ensemble just released their first album under the name earlier this year. It's called Find Me Finding You. Give it a listen below and check out the music video for "The Woman with the Invisible Necklace" off that album.
The Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble are currently on tour and they will be making their way to Detroit this week. Sadier and her ensemble will be hitting the stage at El Club in Detroit this Wednesday, August 30th. Joining them for the evening is Nicholas Krgovich. Tickets for the show are only $12 in advance.
