Hip in Detroit Chats with Travis Wright on November 4th!

A lot of you may have heard of Travis Wright, but we guarantee you that most of you have heard his voice more than once. For around 10 years Travis was the voice of Detroit's music and culture scene on WDET. Throughout his career on the station, he interviewed hundreds of Detroiters and helped set the tone for music and culture around the area. His interviews were always thoughtful, interesting and engaging. We even had the chance to chat with him before he stepped down to pursue new things late last year.

It has been a while since he left the radio and we miss hearing his voice and getting his perspective on the city so we reached out and asked Travis to come sit down with us and let us turn the tables on him. Sunday, November 5th Hip in Detroit will be sitting down with one of the most recognizable names in Detroit radio to talk about his career, his thoughts on the city, and what he is up to these days.
