Boston Hardcore band American Nightmare just released a new album last week! The self-titled record is the band's first release in over 15 years. They first rose to popularity in the scene back in the early 2000's with their self titled EP in 2000 followed up by their first studio full length release, Background Music, released in 2001 by Equal Vision. Their run lasted a few years before the band parted ways, and then reunited in 2011. But now, with the new release out, American Nightmare is hitting the road and playing shows throughout the US and Canada before they head over to the UK and Europe this Spring.
American Nightmare is headed to Detroit and to play the Magic Stick this Saturday, February 24th. Joining them on the bill are No Warning and Spiritual Cramp.
