The Live Playlist Comes to Detroit to Bring Back the Old Kanye (+ Ticket Giveaway)

Do you miss the old Kanye? The man who told everyone to throw their diamonds in the sky and rapped through the wire? Do you long for the days when all you had to do was kick back and listen to the horns whole you touched the sky? If you miss the days of the "College Dropout", it's time to get together with like minded music lovers to dance it out at Ant Hall this Friday.

The Live Playlist is known for throwing good parties. The company which was started by a former Detroit resident is making its first pilgrimage home to throw his first official party in his home city with some of his childhood friends, friends who happen to be some of the brightest and best that Detroit has to offer. This includes DJ Stacye J, Sheefy McFly, Kid McFly, DjTwoee, Supercoolwicked, VIB|SNDS, Jaye PRIME, Suai Kee, Keely Ferguson, MotorKam Det, Lex the Radical and NËITHER.

Tickets to attend the show are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. We also have one pair of tickets to give away to the show. Lamont Leak- "Our events differ because we create an oasis for attendees that breathes; art, creativity and out of box talent. The best part about our events, is that most people come to our events not knowing what to expect but leave on cloud 100. How do we do it? By only showcasing the best artist's, best DJ's in the best venues. Everything detailed is thought about from the DJ's set, to the visual artist displayed."

Lamont Leak- "Expect to have a good time. Expect to leave with at least 5 new favorite artists. Expect to take a melodic journey through some of your favorite Kanye Tunes. Expect to not have a voice the next day after singing and rapping your favorite Kanye lyrics, along with some 90 and early 2000's favorite hip hop & R&B tunes."
