Don't Miss the Last Sunday Market of the Season

Every Sunday during the summer, the Eastern Market welcomes a variety of local artisans to set up shop for the day. Sure, there are a few farm fresh stands where you can pick up some food if you didn't make it out on Saturday, but that's not what these markets are about. The Sunday Market is a place for you to find a new dress to wear,  a new ring to rock, or a lotion to try. It's a chance for small local makers to connect their products to locals that might enjoy them. It's a place for you to find something you haven't seen before. And, since the season officially switched from Summer to Fall on the 23rd, it's time for the Summer Markets to come to an end. This Sunday will be the last market for the season.
The weather is supposed to be beautiful and there are lots of new murals that you need to stop by and see. So, head down to the market this Sunday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. to experience the last market of the year. Parking and entry are always free. There are also lots of great shops in the area that you should pop into. Make sure to check out Well Done Goods, Henry the Hatter, DetroitWick, Cario Coffee, and Savvy Chic! You can see a full interactive map of the market here
