Get Some Solid Sushi at The Goblin Detroit

If you're in Southwest and you find yourself craving some delicious sushi, stop by The Goblin. Their menu is simple and so is their approach to food, they make good sushi using high-quality + fresh ingredients. Personally, I think that the rice makes the roll and Goblin 100% delivered on their grains.  Their rice wasn't too hard or too soft and it had the perfect amount of fluff. You can order online or dine-in, but the real way to do it is to order something to snack on before or during your visit to Bagley Central, one of our favorite local lounges that happens to share a hallway with the restaurant. We were at the lounge when we realized that we could place an online order, so we put it in, enjoyed another drink, then walked over to get it to go. We were blown away by the disposable soy sauce bowl and the great biodegradable set-up that they gave us with our order. There is something to be said about restaurants that understand the assignment when it comes to takeout.
