After a three-year hiatus from the stage,
Detroit Women of Comedy Festival is making a triumphant return to the stages of Planet Ant this May. This beloved event is a "celebration of underrepresented voices and diverse perspectives in comedy". This year's event will take place on May 21st and 22nd. It will feature 50+ performers including headliners Marcella Arguello, Simply Shanell, Detroit improv duo Dubalicious, Detroit comic T.Barb, and the Parent Trap: Lord of the Twins Trilogy. You can purchase tickets for specific blocks of the festival or just get a weekend pass and take the whole thing in.
The Detroit Women of Comedy Festival will take place Friday, May 20th from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. and Saturday, May 21st, 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. Planet Ant is located at 2320 Caniff Ave., Hamtramck, MI. You can purchase your tickets for the weekend
