Crispelli's opened its first location in 2012 with the goal of offering affordable gourmet. What does that mean? To them, it meant "you (should) be able to get a high-end meal at the same place you find amazing, affordable, on-the-go thin-crust pizza". Their stone-fired oven is always set to 700° which means they can cook you a thin-crust pizza in just around five minutes. They can also just as easily take a little time to make that deep dish, to put together a sandwich on one of their freshly baked breads, or to toss together a salad with fresh ingredients and delicious house-made dressing. They are trying to have something for everyone while keeping it unique and special and they are hitting that mark.
They currently have four dine-in locations including Troy, Clarkston, Berkley, and West Bloomfield. They also have a large bakery in Royal Oak where you can scoop up all their delightful baked goods.
