Amici’s Kitchen & Living Room: A Must-Try Spot in Berkley for Friends, Food, and Fun

If you’re looking for a cozy yet upbeat spot to grab a meal with friends, Amici’s Kitchen and Living Room in Berkley, Michigan, has got you covered. We recently had a night out here, and it was a delicious experience from start to finish!

The atmosphere is laid-back, with dim lighting and music that sets the vibe perfectly for a casual get-together. Their dog-friendly patio out back is a real gem, fully covered and even heated when the temperature drops, so you can enjoy the outdoors year-round.

But let’s talk food, because Amici’s knocked it out of the park. We kicked things off with their crispy patata bread—a unique take on cheese bread with the addition of thinly sliced potatoes, this dish had the perfect crunch. Then came the pizzas, and they didn’t disappoint. We tried their Pep in Your Step pizza, which features not just one but two kinds of pepperoni, and it was a pepperoni lover’s dream. For the vegans in our group, we sampled the Vegan Black Bean Pizza (a standout with bold flavors) and the Vegan Artichoke Pizza, which was light, fresh, and just as tasty.

If you’re into good deals and drinks, Amici’s has specials throughout the week. On Tuesdays, enjoy $4 Michigan drafts; Wednesdays feature half-off wine bottles; and Thursdays serve up $8 featured cocktails. And for the weekend crew, don’t miss out on their $7 dessert martinis Fridays and Saturdays from 9-11 PM. Sundays bring $7 martinis—the perfect way to wind down.

Next time you’re in Berkley, make sure to stop by Amici’s Kitchen and Living Room for a meal that’ll have you coming back for more!
