If you're looking for a place to workout with like minded people, look no further than 8 Fold Yoga! This new yoga studio is located just across the street from Ghost Light and Ant Theatre on Caniff in Hamtramck.
8 Fold Yoga offers a variety of traditional yoga classes, as well as some exciting and unique options like Parent/Kid Yoga on Sundays, Sunday Sound Bath, and even Extreme Metal Yoga! There are also gender specific classes, if that makes you feel more comfortable.
In addition to yoga, the studio offers high-energy classes like Aerobics Underground, with a soundtrack featuring a mix of punk, hip-hop, pop, hardcore, and electronica. We can’t wait to check this one out ourselves!
