Nine Kitchen & Bar, a sophisticated new American bistro, is taking over the space that was once Brooks Brewing, and the transformation is absolutely stunning. We had the chance to check out a sneak peek last week, and we were completely blown away by both the gorgeous decor and the mouthwatering food.

The owners have completely reimagined the interior, bringing a fresh, modern, and luxurious look to the space. Plush booths, sleek lighting, and elegant wallpaper set the tone, while a central bar with comfortable chairs invites you to relax and unwind. But despite the contemporary updates, Nine still manages to honor the building’s history.
